1. Delivery Areas
Within the Sultanate of Oman:
We offer delivery services to all governorates across Oman, including urban and remote areas, in cooperation with trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Outside the Sultanate of Oman:
International shipping is available to selected countries, subject to prior arrangement and applicable shipping costs.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days from the date payment is confirmed.
Orders placed during weekends or official public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
• Within Oman: 2 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Estimated timelines will be communicated at checkout or upon confirmation.
4. Shipping Fees
Within Oman:
• Shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout.
• Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount, subject to active promotions.
Outside Oman:
• International shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination and will be confirmed after prior coordination with our sales team.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number, allowing you to monitor the shipment status at any time.
6. Delays
In the event of delays beyond our control (such as weather conditions or shipping disruptions), we will contact you promptly with updates and continue to follow up until delivery is completed.
7. Receiving Your Shipment
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
• Upon receipt, kindly inspect the package. If any damage or discrepancy is found, please contact us within 24 hours.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or incur additional charges. TerraBeans shall not be held responsible for delays caused by inaccurate address details. Our team will contact you if clarification is required.
