Due to the nature of coffee, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is opened and in its original packaging

All refund or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

No clear, logical, or valid problem was found with the product after verification. (unless defective or incorrect)
Gift cards or promotional items
Items purchased on final sale

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
